All research articles published in iEnglishJournal are fully open access: immediately freely available to read, download and share. Articles are published under the terms of a Creative Commons license which permits use, distribution and reproduction in any medium, provided the original work is properly cited.
Definition of Open Access Publication from Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing: An Open Access Publication [1] is one that meets the following two conditions:
- The author(s) and copyright holder(s) grant(s) to all users a free, irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual right of access to, and a license to copy, use, distribute, transmit and display the work publicly and to make and distribute derivative works, in any digital medium for any responsible purpose, subject to proper attribution of authorship [2], as well as the right to make small numbers of printed copies for their personal use.
- A complete version of the work and all supplemental materials, including a copy of the permission as stated above, in a suitable standard electronic format is deposited immediately upon initial publication in at least one online repository that is supported by an academic institution, scholarly society, government agency, or other well-established organization that seeks to enable open access, unrestricted distribution, interoperability, and long-term archiving.

Citing articles in iEnglish Journal
iEnglish Journal uses the digital object identifier (DOI) as the primary means to identify papers, instead of the more traditional Volume / Issue / Consecutive page numbers. The DOI is an international, public, “persistent identifier of intellectual property entities” in the form of a combination of numbers and letters. The DOI system is administered by the International DOI Foundation, a not-for-profit organization. CrossRef, a not-for-profit organization, makes the DOI a reference linking standard and enables cross-publisher linking. It also maintains the lookup system for DOIs.
To cite articles in iEnglish Journal, you can give the paper’s DOI at the end of the citation.
For your background information, the DOI has two components, a prefix (before the slash) and a suffix (after the slash). The prefix is a DOI resolver server identifier (10) and a unique identifier assigned to the publisher.Thesuffix is an arbitrary number provided by the publisher; it can be composed of numbers and/or letters and does not necessarily have any systematic significance. Each DOI is registered in a central resolution database that associates it with one or more corresponding web locations (URLs).
